How we handle learner and parent information.
What we collect
This website has no forms and collects nothing from visitors. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Information reaches us only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
Information you send us
When you contact us about tutoring we typically receive the learner's grade, subjects, curriculum, preferred language, general location, availability, and a parent's contact number. We use this solely to match a suitable tutor, arrange lessons, and invoice for completed lessons.
How we protect it
Learner and parent information is shared only with the tutor matched to that learner, and only what they need in order to teach. Every tutor agrees to protect learner and parent information as a condition of working with us, and holds a valid police clearance certificate.
Photographs and testimonials
We do not publish a learner's name, photograph, or testimonial without written permission. Where a learner is a minor, that permission must come from a parent or guardian. Tutor profiles are published only once the tutor has given written permission.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will action the request.
